Shintaido Farm – Two Ways–Shintaido and Aikido

Ito Sensei is coming to the Shintaido Farm to teach a workshop for the second time. This year he is also inviting Aikido Instructor Don Cardoza of the Wellness Resource Center and Shobu Aikido School in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, to give us an introductory class in Aikido.

We are calling this event:

Those of you in Shintaido North East who practiced with the Quebecois know that they are a lot of fun–an enthusiastic and friendly group. Our cross-cultural exchange has continued with visits by several Quebecois at other Shintaido North East Shintaido events, and Nancy Mardas’ return visit to a workshop in Quebec.
