Pacific Shintaido – Advanced Karate Workshop with H.F. Ito

Master Ito sensei holds 5th-Dan in Shintaido Karate, and will lead a one day workshop for advanced Shintaido Karate practitioners.
The class includes instruction on an advanced Kata and Kumite.
Participants for this workshop should be comfortable with basic Shintaido Karate techniques.
