Following is a listing of classes meeting regularly. We do our best to maintain this list to keep it as current and accurate as possible. It is advisable to contact the instructor listed for any class(es) you might wish to attend to verify the day, time, and location.
What to wear to a shintaido class: Wear comfortable loose clothes and shoes you can run in. A white karate gi and white belt is also fine. For weapons classes, please contact the instructor if you do not have available/own the required equipment to find out if there are options to borrow one for class.
