Transitions and Transformations
Come join us for a special weekend workshop taught by Master Michael Thompson. Michael Sensei will formulate the materials intuitively based on the participants’ levels and needs. Participants are expected to have some Shintaido basics such as Tenshingoso and Eiko. We will meet at the picnic field of Lake Temescal Park in Oakland.
Time: 8:00AM – 10:00AM
