Mindfulness
At this kangeiko we will come together in the cold and dark of a New England winter to contemplate the significance of mindfulness in our Shintaido practice. The concept of mindfulness challenges us to reside more fully in the present moment, just as in Shintaido we seek to devote our full expression to every movement. How can mindfulness help us acknowledge the dark but express the light?
