Here is an opportunity for SF Bay Area practitioners to share keiko. Shin Aoki will be teaching this keiko from 8-10am with the theme, “Join hands and join hearts in keiko”
Let’s have a post keiko picnic on the tables at the Lake. Please bring a picnic dish to share (pasta salad, fruit salad, green salad, breads, beverages. Mike will bring the ‘camp’ stove and cook scrambled eggs and sausage.
Keiko is $20 and proceeds from this event go to PacShin to support the Ito-sensei Health Insurance Fund.
