Pacific Shintaido – Nagewaza Workshop – Part 1

H. F. Ito sensei is a Master Instructor of Shintaido, and holds 5th-dan in Shintaido Karate. He will lead a series of workshops on “nagewaza” (or throwing techniques). You will explore the art of Shintaido Jujitsu, a unique blend of traditional Jujitsu with softness and expressiveness of Shintaido movement.
It is recommended that all participants have studied Shintaido Karate or are comfortable with basic throwing techniques. If you are a beginner and wish to attend this workshop, please attend Shin Aoki’s Saturday classes for preparation.
