Master H. F. Ito shared his thoughts about how the Japanese word ningen – “human” – reflects much that we study in Shintaido: spacing, relationships, Ten-Chi-Jin-Ware-Ittai (Unification of Heaven, Earth, Self, and Society) and mutual respect.
