RESILIENCE
The weekend will include 3 meals, 1 overnight, and 3 keiko, taught by the finest sensei in the Northeast, including Master Instructor Michael Thompson.
We will explore the theme of “Resilience”.
Resilience is about how individuals, organizations or ecosystems respond after setbacks or trauma. Why do some bounce right back, while others are defeated? Can we develop skills to help us manage more effectively?
