Shintaido North East – Regional Keiko
January 8, 2006
The January Regional Keiko will be held on Sunday, January 8th in Worcester at the YWCA in Salem Square.
This will be an all-day affair, but please feel free to come for as much of the day as you can. ($25/day; $15/half)
Please note the times of the keikos – they are a little different from usual, as the YWCA gym was booked from 11 -1.
9 – 11 am Keiko 1: Bela Breslau will teach.
11 – 1:30 Brunch at the Zawielski’s.
2 – 4 pm Keiko 2: Joe Zawielski will teach.
The first keiko is on the early side, but this will help you get in training for kangeiko!
